Snow tubing is a great outdoor activity for large groups of family, friends, students or church groups. Hawksnest has four different areas of snow tubing with different rollers and pitch. No experience or special skills are required. Please check out our list of “Things to Keep in Mind” which will give you ideas on clothing and weather related precautions. Reservations for groups are required for group discounts.

Group Leader Helpful Hints

Pick a date – keep in mind Holidays, Martin Luther King and Presidents weekend are busy times. Check our website for availability or call our Group Department at 800-822-4295. The more in advance you plan your trip the better chance your group gets it’s desired session. Many sessions will sell out.
Group’s session must be paid 2 weeks before visit. Hawksnest will accept MasterCard, Visa, church, school or corporate checks for groups. Within 1 week of reservation no refunds or rain checks will be issued for a change in snow tubing participants.
All participants must have signed waivers before beginning session. Our waiver is available online or a copy can be faxed or mailed to you. Each participant must have a ticket. Tickets are not transferable or refundable.
Hawksnest limits ticket sales but we do not guarantee each participant will get a certain amount of rides.
Please fill out the group reservation form and fax it to our group department at 828-963-6564. Get your reservation form and payment in quickly to secure your reservation.

2009/10 Season Groups Rates
Monday - Friday (non-holiday)	$18 for 1 session $25 for 2 sessions
Sunday (non-holiday)	$25 for 1 session $35 for 2 sessions
your group will get VIP treatment before, during and after your visit. Group rates only apply to groups of 12 or more. Group rates are not available Saturday, or during Holiday periods. A Liability waiver must be signed for each adult over 18. Each child under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign and fill out the form. Please print off the form, sign and bring it with you when making your ticket purchase.
